Ironically, I bet you would request the same if someone would be claiming that your class can one-shot people, against your own better judgement after having played the class since launch of Live, whilst the pitchfork brigade is out in force and crying for nerfs?

I was a fully Best in Slot geared offensive WL and it wasn't possible to 1 shot you. Do you have any screenshots or video evidence to support this claim? Old school pre-nerf leonine frenzy doesn't count, and that was a couple different abilities besides.

Does anyone else have an actual evidence-based claim that WL are capable of 1 shotting players? I'd really like to know what this instagib ability is, help a lady out here.

In my opinion, the best thing to do is to put a 2sec cooldown on pounce when the WL is snare, after a KB and a KD. This would be a serious nerf for the class but WL can always find a solution (like using Feline Grace when you're cc to be able to pounce without CD)

Magus does not one-shot people, never did, but has seen the nerf bat every major change made by Mythic.

One of my favorite.
Magus finaly gets something "THE UNSTAGGER" and what happens during the following patch, all CC nerfed to the ground, including staggers.

You probably missed that part in my previous posts so I'm going to be helpfull again Marsares and repeat myself for the third or may be forth time.

No cooldown on pounce for me at this point in time. (this to stay on topic, of course)

As for having be one-shotted by some WL's I don't have vids or pics. But take my word how it went.

lmao the nerfs from mythic and buffs were quite hilarious.
I dont even know what they were thinking sometimes, I remb a old patch WH*s got buffed while other classes got nerfed XD hilarious!


And by 1shot that you are talking about, only thing ive seen is 2GCD kills even if detaunt is up, hilarious

It was also before we were running into each other and I had already learned it the hard way. You folks, WL, how or why I don't know but can hit like freaking trains, not even trucks. You're just dead before even being able to kick any ability off or react properly.

completely wrong. when you aim for balance the class does not have to be compared to its "mirror" but to the classes he competes with. for WL those are Slayer, WH and MWP. whether can you directly compete the WL to the Mrd nor will you be able to create a proper realm balance when doing so.

I have a really really hard time believing that WL one shot you unless you were like level 32 and it was before bolster existed and the other WL was 40/RR80. I need to see proof before I take your word for it, sorry.

It would be nice to get some evidence in this thread. Anyone got any screenshots, videos, or parses with DPS breakdowns to prove that WLs are 1 shotting people? Be sure to include the combat log. I know I'd be shocked if I got taken from 100% to zero by a single player in one GCD, and would be sure to screenshot such a rare occurrence!

Furthermore, can anyone prove that pounce spam ALONE was the determining factor behind a loss, or a keep falling/etc? You need to show that pounce spam alone was the reason you lost, excluding all other factors.

I think we aren't talking about the same thing here. I never claimed to die in 1 GCD (first one when jumped on), not even on little Nid (40RR0) when I brought her to T4 to check if it was really that bad for low RR getting in T4.

What I meant by being 1-shot is being jumped on and dying without being able to do anything before hitting the respawn button. I also think the complain about being 1-shot by a WL by others is what I meant, could be wrong although but that requires evidence.

To my knowledge, the only toon that was ever able to bring someone down in 1GCD was the WE after launch when etremely lucky with kisses proccing kisses proccing kisses,... .

My mistake in this case, sorry. I didn't intended to spread wrong info.
