If the tooltip says "Curse" and it can't be cleansed, it will be high likely fixed.

It CAN be cleansed. It is cleansable. I am having serious typing problems lately, apparently (dont know why i posted Uncleansable in my post from 1 minute ago).

I rerun the test just to make sure.

i have to admit that if it weren't at least cleanse able i would give it a re try but in this way no :/

no the tooltips says buff which is not correct by itself because you can't buff enemys :/

but on live it was implemented as curse which is also correctly implemented here.

Make Encouraged Aim work similarly to CS? (increases your target's chance to be crit by 10% for 10 secs when you crit them). This way, KotBS would need to stack some crit (just like Chosen). They would need to hit their targets, and if they want to apply it AoE they would need to use a AoE attack.


edit: Since KotBS doesnt have Oppresing Blows, they would be forced to stack crit. So they can keep Runefang + Emperor's Champion as they are.

So KotBS stacks some crit, and Chosen stacks some Str. Yes, RF+EC buffs Str by a lot. But crit points are expensive, and there are no +crit talismans (not yet, and on live we had them only on shoulders and LotD weapons).

I think it would be fair.

Current: Need Press the Attack! Aura. Debuffs all enemies within 30ft.
Suggested: No Aura required. Need to hit (and crit) your enemies to debuff them.

This lets a KotBS run other auras instead of PtA (Toughness, AP, resist, heal debuff).
