The goal is to not disrupt the current meta, but rather fix the stat bloat in order to create more design room for future weapons to be able to fit.

Yes, but BS weapon now is better than LV weapon and better than Fortress weapon(in some cases)
So it is reasonable to expect that BS will be tuned down, or LV and Fortress will be improved

The Bloodlord weapon will always remain the best weapon because it scales with every equipment upgrade, as it’s the only weapon that grants a +% damage bonus. All other weapons have only fixed nominal values and therefore stay the same. For true balancing, the Bloodlord weapon would need to lose its percentage bonus and have it replaced with new fixed values.

I'd rather see other procs/bonuses buffed up because 5% proc chance is pitiful.

Bloodlord bonus is a bit less valuable on classes with large % bonuses from other sources. In the past before my break my Enemy combat log statistics showed Subj/Fort procs as contributing about 4-5% of total damage, but i suppose nowadays it might be different

Its a tiny thing, but such a big QoL that each PQ now correctly have the mobs needed for stage1. instead of having to wait for 2-3 waves of respawns.
Thanks for this!

Hopefully previous bad experience with conq/domi "re-adjustments" and then yet again previous bad experience with bloodlord and then yet another previous bad experience with invader and then sov would be actually accounted and no gaps or power creeps created.

Although it was not stated in the patch notes but Madcap weapon have been nerfed DPS-wise. Was it intentional or a bug ?
