^ Overkill to have two such procs in one weapon, and since when did Sentinel weapons need a buff? High dps, high stats and a proc already made them sufficiently upgraded versions of the Level 35 Epic Weapons.

Jolt isn't bad whatsoever, particularly when it's been 'given for free' on top of Reactionary (which is already an amazing proc to have on a BO).
Just don't feel that the PvE weapons needed yet another bump when they are already alluring enough as it is - just my 2c.
