Error starting game

I did all the steps, but when I try to connect with the launcher I get this error.

Error starting: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable
at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at RoRLauncher.Client.Handle(PacketIn packet)
