Error When trying Connect

I just downloaded the complete game when i go to connect with the launcher im receiving the following error: The Program cant start because d3dx9_34.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Anyone else get this or have a solution to this?

Install DirectX.
