If you unlocked 2 tiers of influence, you should be able to get a second weapon. You can trade it for a token at vendor in south IC near vanq vendor, and then trade the token for the weapon which you want at a vendor in same location. +You need to pay 50 g at one of stages.

Both bb and be have their own influence rewards, so you can get in total 4 weapons.

If you don't have any weapons, whatever taken from herald or waiting to be taken, then I believe you are currently out of luck.
