can't select character

Hello!
I have the following problem since this morning, I'm on the character screen, I can see my characters but I can't press play to log in. Does anyone else have this problem ?

If no one has a tip, I've tried everything. Repairing doesn't help either. Sometimes I can log in one of my chars, when I log out the play button is gray and I can't select any char. Also restart etc. nothing helps. The problem has only existed since this morning, everything was working fine yesterday.

Try to download and install new.

The patcher is sometimes messing up the installation which can't be repaired either. However, since there was no recent patch it could be also a faulty memory or harddisk that damaged a file and the repair does not see it.

Some also report that they can't log in some of their characters. You might have to get in contact with a game master to resolve that.
