Event Items Disappear

Hey, my purple platinum bars disappeared. I tried a relog. I also refined another one, it also went poof. I have not tried purchasing one yet. Not really looking for the items back, I just want to be able to have purple platinum bars stay in my inventory so I can make a platinum ring.-Cmurk
