Trouble logging in from launcher

I followed all the instructions to install the game, and everything seems to have gone well. Now the only thing I'm having trouble with is logging in. I tried changing my password multiple times, but it keeps saying invalid username/password, and I'm using the username I signed up to the forums with.

Worth checking that your anti virus program has not flagged game. If it has you can white list the game and directory.
Reasons why this may happen can be found if you search the forum for anti virus
