[WP] mace and buckler healing. Need help.

So i just returned after a long break,and i noticed WPs got some new skills.
I ofc had to try this,and in pug SC i did very well (i had some luck with skilled players in these pug SCs)
I did see the potential with this specc, but i ofc also see the bad side. This specc wont (?) work in WBs and any other bigscale RvR.

But i still wanna spend some time with this specc,because i find it fun.
I need some help from more experienced players with this issue.
Atm im rr64 and heavy specced into Grace (m4)
How do i spend my points, do i use them on str,block, tactics?

I see myself as a pure support and would like to survive long enough to dish out some meleehealing.
