Why this thing not fix?

Every time use flight master or join sc or finish sc

Your guild has earned Rank 36 ( and it must lag around 3-5s )
this sentence must display on the screen. Can it be cancel??? because it always make a 3-5s lag

this problem appear long time but it make me always lag 3-5s and I usually click wrong thing from my bag sometimes I destroy them for lag miss click

is this normal???I remember before it wont show this stupid thing

Can this thing cancel??? I think no one want to know the guild rank every loading. Just return it to normal
