I found this link on the forum, I do not know it addon installed.

You want the add on Enemy. Which is apart of the base build under the Add on folder.

You move what addons you want over in the /warhammmeronline/interface/ folder.

Then in game, you go to menu > Interface and enable the mods you want.

I would recommend VinyUI. Over time, as you understand your needs better, you could customise further from there.

Vinys healing ui config is solid all the way.
So id also go with that.
