you can respec at trainers cost 5g or something like that everytime you do it and no respec is not really that hard "if you got the gold for it" i mean and for build theres alot on the forum sections

You gotta move to Altdorf/IC and find your trainers ~ it costs something like 20s per mastery points spent; RR70 costs 5,4ish gold or so. In Altdorf the trainers are at the Sigmar temple in the west of the city, in IC they are also in the west in that Ziggurat thing ~

Enable the markers on the minimap, explore your capital or ask in /advice for the coords.

Yes, it's roughly 20silver per point, but sometimes if bugs out and it tries charging you the max, which is about 5.8gold- when it does that you have to relog then it will go back down to what it's supposed to be.
