Cant create a charakter

Hello,

i found this private server today. Now i had install the game and can start it, but i cant create a charakter why? Please Help

I try it sometimes it dont go i can go in settings quit and other things but no server or charcter

And u started the game with RoRLauncher.exe (in Admin mode)?
