Hi All, just a newbie questions on RR

If at the same equipment, what is the difference between RR45 and RR60??

Although the states are same, but It looks like RR60 is more powerful and easy to critical hit.

It is just my illusion or it really had the difference on this??

For every renown point you can invest in passive stats. Some stats are hard to get via gear/talismans and easy via RR.

Every 10 RR grants a mastery point.
First at 40, last at 70 which opens up for new builds.

So at rr 60 you have 2 more mastery points and 15 more renown points to invest.
