Issue to log on with my toon

Hellow here,

I can't log on with my Black Ork "Darkroo" since 2 days. The game run perfectly, I can log with others toon but for the BO no way. I was in the Troll Region. Each time i'm stuck for 45sec on the loading page and then come back to "character selection". And I must quit I have no more the hand to manage&handle my toons.

Any help or advice ?

When starting the load screen type /stuck twice. That will port you to Norsca and hopefully let you in the game. If you are in the guild, tell someone to kick you, as guilds can cause this problem. Unfortunately there is no way of fixing it other than leaving the guild.

Seriously it's a big mess. I finally log on yesterday but since no way. To sum up, I can't have a guild ? ....

The thing is that not you are broken. But the guild.

You might want to search for the guildbug in the forum.

It doesn't happen to all members, but only some. And is completely gone when they are out of the guild.
