WL: loner rewamp to be aoe utility

Problem:
-wl in aoe set up is not performing either compared to any order counter part (be it bw or a slayer) neither to mara, it does have some tools but the build for aoe require lots of tactics and do bring only half the dmg of other aoe classes set up.

-as aza said once a tactic which force you to remove your main meccanic in order to perform is a bad/lazy design to fix a pet problem

Solution:
I suggest rewamp loner tactic to work with just aoe dmg only, increasing the dmg of all skill which are aoe by 25% (wl only not pet also) and of course it does require active pet.

Why:
Fell like normal that the dmg increase will be 25%, aoe skills doing less dmg than st plus seing as much the mara get take instead of a sorc should enlight on WL situation, despsite have the same tactic of wl + better one (crit increase and 50% armor ignore).
The fix of 25% aim is to both give an on par tool to wl when aoe set up where he dont benfith from his burst from st set up/rotation, actually from one side mirroring a dmg increase from a tactic in the sense of more armor ignore (aka tactic that increase dmg somehow), from another side to give a cross mirror from choppa crit dmg increase (25%).
The values are the same of course they apply to different situation and skill "range" but that's is due classes differences and cross mirror work like this. This should lead to the usuall classes differences of mara doing more dmg on armored characters and wl doing more dmg on soft armored targets; ifi not mistake or my math-hammer were not wrong 50% armor ignore is more or less a equal to a 25% dmg increase).

Hi Tesq, I am sorry but I will be declining this proposal.

Firstly, this proposal would only effect the abilities Slashing Blade and Whirling Axe and flat damage increases for the sake of damage is not the solution. A BW or Slayer will always do better, combinations are key.

Secondly, it does not address the issues of high AP cost, existing high tactic dependency, low base tooltip damage (sustained pressure damage) nor does this address the issue of what does the WL bring to the War-band (access to utility). A new proposal addressing these issues in some regard, primarily the group/war-band utility unique to the class will be the best course of action.
