Concerning public quests.

Having recently started playing again,I was quite saddened by the large number of public quets who apparently either did not start even though I was at their exact locations or others were a certain part of it could not be completed due to a bug (for example Faerwulfs quest in Nordland) Or a final boss who disapeard.I assume the devs alredy know of these problems I was wondering when something about would be done.But I also understand that this might not be very high on the priorities list but a small and quick ansewer would be much appreciated.Also a BIG thanks for rebuilding this game and trying to bring it back to it's former (Although short lived) glory
