Issue with quest trackers and NPC icons.

When I have completed the objectives of a quest, it will just keep displaying the zone where the objective itself is, not where to turn it in. Also quest-giving NPCs display a wrong coloured icon above their head. Example: When ready to turn in a quest, the NPC will display a grey icon above their character.
