Misunderstanding about 30 days ban

Guys what are you doing? I have been waiting for 30 days...and my ban removed today at 3:16 p.m. I logged in normally with my previous account : stefanosgr17
asking for help because i was trying to log-in the game and it was saying Account not active after 30 day ban.
And game master SigmarPriest banned my account again forever??? Seriously...?? I come back after 30 days and you ban me permanent? Please can you check it? Thanks... :o
