So.. take a tank, shaman and Choppa VS 3 dps-AM's.. that's 3v3 with choppa supported,
and i bet you that the choppa will get instantly nuked to death, then the shaman..
lastly the BO which can't really much.
I'm just trying to find what the strength of the choppa is, when so much is demanded
for it to work. With all these things in motion, does it's performance put it on the
same level as the classes that don't need babysitters?`.

I'm sorry but it's a L2P issue. It really is. There are some really, really good choppas out there that play to the class's strengths, and acknowledge that to do so requires being with other players. It's quite obvious, really, that the class is designed to be played with other people - just look at their mechanic.
If you insist on playing solo, and want to be self-sufficient, then I strongly suggest that you play another class.
