[Support] I cannot log in with my character

my username is Konkurent , I can't log in to the launcher with my username and password

Thats a different issue. Change your password here on the forums under your profile. Make sure it doesnt contain any weird symbols as launcher is a bit picky. Letters and numbers only.

fwiw reloadedui with the usual crash, in ic, and logging in took a good number of times but eventually succeded.

Please try logging in and get back to me if it works or not, since you're not in BT guild it could have worked.

For all the others writing their character names, please mention if you're in BT guild or not so we could also try teleporting you since teleporting isn't working for most but we could always try it out.
