having this problem with Sh and their pets at the moment, seem to cut through me like a knife, get jumped by two sh and you have 2 or 3 gcds before "you have been killed by"

considering switching to DD IV and switching to armour talis just to counter the number of sh roaming the lakes in groups at the moment...
Always hopeful of finding a DPS AM guild.. if anyone ever sees one, with low entrance standards, please let me know..

Best what i saw though some days ago: BW complaining about a WE disrupting 5x ignite in a Row. I WONDER how that was possible kappa. Especially if this only occurs always exactly like 1 minute delayed :^)
Elixir of Cauldron aside, I definitely can attest to the fact that disrupts are UP way more than they ever were on live.

Yes tanks and healers would disrupt due to defense and willpower stats but squigs and the rest.... almost never. On this server - something with base disrupt is seriously not in check. way way way to much disrupt is occurring.

As someone else mentioned - I am also wondering if your int stat is not being taken into account in determining opponents chance to disrupt.

I haven't noticed it too bad versus order. I know I run DD4 and M1 for 100% disrupt/dodge, never ran DD4 on live though.

Perhaps its because their are more rdps than ever before compared to live?

Espically in scs and when you have muliple rdps throwing out attacks (espically AoE), its more likely that the enemy will disrupt an attack and therefore then number of disrupts become more noticeable?

The only difference between the check for Disrupt and the check for Parry or Dodge is that Intelligence opposes Willpower. The code for each is exactly the same apart from the initial setting of the attacking and defending stats.

If you're getting disrupted, people are probably speccing for Disrupt.

Well, with int capped - it's strange to see multiple disrupts, when you trying to burn 18 lvl Choppa. I guess that is because he is speccing Disrupt, sure.
