it would be rather bette both nerf dual weild in their proc efficency and also rewamp a little 2h for me, the ammount of tick you are able to do with dual weild is broken in some cases, and also crit and additional damages skill etc. They need a carefull look.

Well, if two-hander's advantage is meant to be burst damage, why not baseline crit?
Nothing severe, I don't want to see White Lion's or Black Orc's with like 50% crit chance.

Most 2h build rely highly on crit and i guess no user will be against, guess u'll receive some negative feedback anyway from crit feared playerbase xD

No cause then it would be easier to apply CS by 2h chosen along with the buff it would be to mdps and 2H BG dosnt need more +crit chance

Up the dps. Strikethru... self heal 192 hp a second and give the duel weilder flying and resolute defense for free. I feel that is worth the proc increase.

after reading up on this I have a few points:
2h most definitely lags behind SnB at the end game just due to the tanks lack of survive-ability for little to no real benefit dps wise in most cases. Something should be done about that in the long run imo.
The "proc problem" as I am going to call it, DW having many more could be addressed by having procs on work on main hand AAs and restrict offhand AAs from causing procs if possible? would reduce the gap in procs to just attack speed.
10% parry strike through is seriously not that big of a deal. The amount of complete crap about order having more twohanded classes than destro is also just ludicrous the only classes mirror that cant doesnt have the option is Mara so its just WL we are talking about here and wth is parry strike through going to do? Cancel out the DW that most mdps benefit from that WL gets no useful stat from?
What classes are going to really be hurt by loosing 10% parry to one mdps that is build around burst and currently has horrible AP problems (even when addressed they will still lack any form of reliable CC compared to their mirror which is a CC bot)? The answer is none.
When we are looking at balance the bias simply needs to be taken out the the equation and 90% of the playerbase here seems to lack the ability to do that when talking about these subjects. Its disappointing to me that things like this get shelved due to the opinions of such players because at the end of the day this is an alpha and we are testers and the server pop isnt going anywhere if the adjustments that are made are incremental. Its game breaking changes that drive away pop. Its ignoring balance issues for years that killed the old game. What you as developers are doing here is amazing. Your not only restoring the game most of us loved but making it better. And not for one second should you feel you owe the playerbase anything.
