It is probably related to security, my RoRLauncher.exe was deleted by windows security, as well as my updater. Running as admin won't help. You might need to turn off security completely.

No, you just need to whitelist the WAR folder, as specified in the instructions. That big red box above this post. The yellow INSTALL GUIDE link. It has all the details in it.
