All my research points towards yes you shouldn't be able to unload a 5 point WB in less then 10 seconds.

Not trying to dig up and start old fights again like we had in the old WE thread but WHY? Why should it have an ICD? their is nothing that states that it should and putting an ICD will make the ability useless, its already gonna fall off in t4 due to resists making it useless without chosen

Up to the devs really at the end of the day. I don't play witch elf so I don't particularly care beyond exposing bugs (technically our job)

Your right ofc but in some cases making things reflect live does more harm than good

well there are also other abilities that work like WB such as tantrum and deadly determination. It all needs scrutinising by the devs imo.

So far I haven't seen any nerf threads for this so I'm guessing the community at large doesn't really mind.

As an additional point of lol imagine wez' fightin betta without an icd

In T4 if you had WB + IP that's around an average 40-50% increase in damage on WB? Would be pretty insane.

Pesky WH against possibility to have 1 good finisher for WE?

inb4 OYK - aoe stagger breaker(well not so important in RoR, since reduced stagger time) + no BLB. My imho, healdebuff is must have, at least in sc.
Also why using cleanable BAL when you have EW.

WH is in a bit of a spot in relation to its trees same for witch elf. Both very multi tree dependent classes.

I don't think either class will be spiking in power till the high 30's shortly after that armour becomes very high and their damage drops off again.

any witch elf arguing about a "lack" of finishers such as EW or BAL is awkward when the witch elf kit is already so much better in multiple ways than the witch hunter. about WB: fine as it is no need to buff / nerf.

True, that being sad wh is more likely to come out on top in a t4 gank/duels.
