Devastator 5pc Set Bonus Proc

From other posts in this forum, it seems that as late as December 12th, 2015 it was noted by Azareal that Devastator 5pc set bonuses were not working.

Is there a possible timetable on having these bonuses work? Is this something of a low or medium or high priority to the Dev Team?

With that out of the way - there are a number of ways I want to respond to this thread but all would be just as nonconstructive as the responses I've received thus far.

Anything can be answered with "it will be done when its done"

the purpose of my question was to determine -

1. is this even on the radar of priorities that the devs are addressing
2. if it is on the radar, where in the general order of things is it.

Just a bit of helpful information that i'm sure many players out there would love to know.

Not amazingly game changing things to have but still nice, didn't rvr weapons used to have procs also?

and thats asking the same question thats already been answered in a slightly different way, you can look around github and see there are plenty of posts regarding procs so its clearly on their radar

my post indicates i've checked forums and tracker. No - none of the previous postings on this issue answer my two questions.... which pertain to priority of the fix in the universe of bugs and estimated timetable.

I'd argue that 5pc devastator procs would actually be gamechanging for alot of classes. It would definitively be the best gear set in game. Which currently is apparently a 3pc/2pc mix of stalker/devastator.
