Choppa Scumbag use global cooldawn hack

I have character this is 32lwl slayer
Today i die in one sec from choppa Scumbag when our wb atack keep
His ability Wot's Da Rush do more multipple damage in one sec + ability Hurtins Time.

how you can see his abilities work more times in 1 sec. It is global cooldawn hack

wasnt their as similar occurenece of this with slayers aoe snare as well?

i dont think that was a hack but rather a bug or something

i play choppa ( have 32 choopa too) but i dont see this bug. If this bug really was for choppas, many ppl from order create a million tickets )) about this
