Leveling question.
Just wondering what would be the best way to level for now, doing all the quests or skipping the quests and going into oRvR? I remember doing this when the game was still running back in the day and not sure what all is implemented for questing on this private server, I tried asking in-game but unfortunately it's very toxic atm and getting alot of troll replies which is pretty sad.

Re: Leveling question.
You don't need to powerlevel at t2... just play the orvr and scenes slowly gainining influence rr and xp.
Unless you're from some weird timezone when the server is low-populated, then you might want to find a good rat-farming group.
Don't bother with t2 quests if you want to level up fast, they're for fun only, don't give much xp.
On t1 making quests for xp is more viable though. Still, rvr is better and more fun.

Thanks for the reply appreciate it, I'm only lvl 4 right now so I'm assuming doing quests up until t2 level?, or should I just do only oRvR even at this level so my RR isn't too low for gear?Nishka wrote:You don't need to powerlevel at t2... just play the orvr and scenes slowly gainining influence rr and xp.

Again depending on your timezone, I'd just spam SC's as they give good xp and you get your renown up as well.. Gained 1-10 in 4-6 hours that way. Granted, it could have been done quicker with quests, but that = no rr and less fun imo

Re: Leveling question.
Quests untill 12lvl? No, unless you're totally desperate to find some action in rvr zones. 4lvl is fine to start going pvp, for me at least. Don't forget to take kill quests at rvr warcamp, they help a lot with money and xp.SardonicWrath wrote:Thanks for the reply appreciate it, I'm only lvl 4 right now so I'm assuming doing quests up until t2 level?, or should I just do only oRvR even at this level so my RR isn't too low for gear?Nishka wrote:You don't need to powerlevel at t2... just play the orvr and scenes slowly gainining influence rr and xp.

Re: Leveling question.
Enjoy the lower Tiers they are quite enjoyable and more balanced. Tier 2 can a bit slow but its worth playing through and going the RvR.. PvE not so much

Just what I was going to say.Bacta wrote:Enjoy the lower Tiers they are quite enjoyable and more balanced. Tier 2 can a bit slow but its worth playing through and going the RvR.. PvE not so much
After you reach level 8/10rr you might want to slow down your xp gaining, maybe even stop taking kill quets. It's the level when a player becomes really strong and useful (assuming he can afford full decimator set by now)
