Why don't I get the extract option?

Probably a stupid question, but whatever, why don't I get the extract option? I downloaded the torrent, I have winrar and winzip, but it doesn't give me any option to either extract or unzip. :(

You downloaded the .torrent file, then you need to open it with a Bittorrent client, enable DHT (usually enabled by default), and download it.

The torrent method does not require winzip/winrar.
