Character stuck in SC again

It happened again. The problem seems ragequitting, ie. leaving the game while the SC is still running.

Also two characters I deleted a while ago are now back in my selection screen.

Edit:
I'm able to use /rel to reload the loading screen but it doesn't do anything. /stuck doesn't work.

I was able to login once with my BW but now the login loop affects all characters, in SCs or not.

Reinstalling didn't work.

Creating a new character doesn't work either.
