Lost item when trade HELP

so, player Bingbing (shaman) trade with me, he give me 'Deathaxe of Woe', I accepted and look into my backpack, but there was not item, because my backpack was full. And item gone, I dont have it, and Bingbing dont have it too.
Can you help me?

We can't reimburse items at this time, no matter the circumstance. Please don't ask for help with that here - there are no exceptions.

This happens when your backpack is full and you take something from the mail or trade in this case.

Or report the bugs on the bugtracker, and we will have a better T2 than now.

Just open the bugtracker and report it there for your own sake.

Because that way somebody gets to see that and mark it - maybe as a duplicate, but at least it will bring it up to their attention.

Why is it not better to simply report it and contribute towards maybe fixing it, I don't understand. I'm sorry for your item - I lost stuff through the AH mail as well. It is really not going to hurt you and maybe somebody will notice and fix it soon after you report it, again
