Attacking through barrier in Cities

Are the devs going to do anything about this, it is getting pretty lame and discouraging for new players. City is rough as it is for new players facing people with much better gear, but there seems to be an allowance for them to also be farmed through the barriers as soon as they respawn, do you want new players to just log off after getting to level 40? Some guilds seems to not bother with it and show a bit of dignity but some just abuse it non stop.

Yeah, for sure, I definitely don't want Choppas getting ahead of me DPS-wise first stage via barrier tactics.

Fun side note, did you know you can throw blast pots through the barriers too?
