Hi,
does anyone know what this addon called?

the one that shows distance between you and your target and their hp bar under your target + their class and lvl

Youtube video isn't working but going by your description it's either Pure (the Friendly Target HUD option) or Effigy.

Its Effigy with customised enemy HUD + added range. Tbh it sucks cause shows range in brackets 0-5ft, 5-65ft, etc and many abilities got 20ft, 30ft etc. Its better to practice own range skills and get a "feeling" while hitting dummies in cities. Atdorf got nice ground chessboard so you can easly learn skills range.
