Handle increased population
With the increased population, which is a great thing, , keep and fort dynamics have changed a lot. It is almost impossible to take a keep or fort with 120 plus defenders if they are already inside. I've noticed a lot of players either give up, do SCs, or log when there are so many online. The problem comes from the door sizes and the increased damage from oil. I do recall the discussion about the difficulty of widening the doors and posterns. If there are only 2 zones open during the day they rarely flip. The easiest and least practical solution would be more servers. But sort of that, lowering the damage from oil and changing the the re-spawn timers to 7-8 minutes would be something to try.
