Change pass... and cant enter

Hi. Long time ago start play RoR. Then dont play the same long time. Now like return (war never stop) whis my old login. But forget pass. I send new pass on mail, and how you can see, i can write in my login there. But launcher write wrong pass\login. I read in technical support, that need wait after change pass, but i do it 4 day ago. How long i must wait?

The other part you might be missing is that passwords need to be simple. No special characters. They don't work well in the launcher, even if you can log into the forums.

I use c+c -> c+v to put pass in launcher, that pass, what come in mail. 11 character, the same. Dont work. What can i do?
