Missing Bag From Zone Lock

Yesterday i won a vanquisher gold bag on my wh from zone lock but still nothing in my mail.I already tried sending some mail from another char to the char with the bag missing (Parabellum) but nothing.Anything else i can do or should i consider that bag lost?
