Problem for leave nordland and norsca

Hi all

First of all, I'm sorry for my english, I'm french.

I have a problem, I have a magus level 12, and I can't leave norsca or nordland by the roads.
All the roads are blocked by a blue vortex, I can't go into the vortex, why ? No open for now ?

There is only Tier 1.

Dwarf Tier 1 + Elf Tier 1 aswell.
