A Few Newbie Questions

Hi, trying out Warhammer again after quite a few years! So far I'm toying around with different Order tanks and healers. A few questions:

(1) So far, the only way I've been able to heal is to click on a target and then click on a healing spell. I know that mouseover macros have been blocked for WAR, but would it be possible to change settings or use macros to:
(A1) Click on a healing spell key
(B1) Click on a unit frame to heal that target.

instead of
(A2) Click on a unit frame.
(B2) Trigger the healing spell by hitting the key.

I find the second way really clunky.

(2) I hear that playing an IB is really difficult from a key binding perspective, but how many key bindings are we talking? In MMOs I love high skill cap builds but hate that challenge coming from an overburdened UI.

(3) Which healer is the most interesting for PvP healing? I prefer using varied tools to spamming 3 buttons.

(4) Should I hang on to all the BoE gear I find to auction, or is it worthless?

Some answers that I've found, for other newbies:

(1) This is working as intended, as you need to maintain a simultaneous healing and enemy target, unlike most MMOs where you have one target.

(4) Greens seem to sell pretty well, while blue and better sell quite well.
