[Witch Hunter] BAL nerf?

Calling all WHs!

Since the patch I have seen zero crits on the final BAL tick. Am I right or just really unlucky??

Looks like it was an unintended bug after the damage changes, or a stealth nerf.

No crits on final tic. Tested with varying accusation points, same results. All other tics working as intended.
