Farming Harbinger?

Anyone know of a good place to farm for Harbinger gear? I know 39+ probably drops it, but what are some good areas?

In particular I'm looking for Harbinger Bladed Amulets...level 39 purple accessory with +36 Toughness.

Probably gunbad, as its high level champs and champs are more likely to drop blue/purple

Unfortunately I'm one of those sad boobs that has no friends, so I'm stuck soloing. Makes Gunbad not a choice. :cry:
