Hello everyone!
I got these same problem what i had in the past, but old ways to repair these arent work. I dont have play and characters buttons and in server log i have nothink withot black area. I used performance counters rebuilder from JeFawk and nothink happens problem is still like was. Have anyone some ideas?

And when I am some time in bugged menu i got Error "Autentication Failed -- Aplication wil not terminate"

Never come between a Dwarf and revenge...

The performance counter rebuilder is a fix for the Launcher not working. It won't fix that black screen thing sorry :\
As for the Authentication Failed, that's a known issue that has been reported fixed by some people using Hotspot Shield as Elven suggested. For me, it **** up my computer a few times but hey, it works for others
Try /stuck ? Dana suggested this a while ago.
I for one suggest you get glary utilities and clean your computer. Then delete the cache folders from your Warhammer Online folder along with the user folder (don't delete them up straight, archive them first and if it doesn't work put them back).
Also increasing monitor brightness would be an idea.
