Tactics and MOrale Hotbar

The tactics and morale hotbars ar enot showing on mhy UI -how do I get them to show so i can allocate the relevant passives adn abilities?

try edit your UI

Find them, hide them, unhide them, save UI ... sometimes repositioning and making bigger also will help (i get the same thing with action bar lock box from time to time)

Using windows box to find what you are looking for should make it a bit easier
