Custom Guild Advert doesn't work

I've been using a custom coloured guild link in the past, which worked in the following format:

<LINKdata="GUILD:0000" text="[Guild name]" color="0,191,255">

With the numbers at the start being the Guild ID number you can get from the debug window.

It used to work like a charm...but now while it works for me (when I use a macro with it) a lot of people are reporting it isn't clickable for them when used in the LFG channel.

Does anyone know what could be causing it? Regular guild advert works.
