Son lost account name

Hi there my son lost his account name, he hasnt played in about 8 months and would like to again. Im not sure if this helps but his characters name was "Known" if you are able to locate the account name that would be great.

He actually just got into his account but all his characters are gone, not sure why because my characters are still there.

There was a character wipe for inactive accounts a year ago to clear the database, so that's probably when he lost his characters. The only thing you an do is start a new one.

Certainly There is a new RvR system in t1, and the other 3 tiers are merged, so you have stuff to learn again.
