Diamond in the rough

On T4 tome accesory list there are a lot of things missing, specially WHERE to get quest after unlocked,so now after 5 hours of nothing in game im here to ask, where the **** i could get "Diamond in the rough"??????

what you mean on tome accessory list? where is this list you talk about?

also there is no quest giver for unlock tome accessory: you need to x things and when you do that accessory will be avaiable in capital (library)

i was speaking qbout this

But for exemple "freash meat" unlock beastary count that allow to you to accept quest from ogre couldron, but fresh meat is a drop from a mob in praag and "you going to eat thi?" come from ogre couldron.
So now i have Diamoind (item) but it doenst start "diamoin in the rough" quest....
