[Solved]where are my characters?

So i used to play this game months ago, i just downloaded again the game, and when i log in i have no characters, did they made a huge reset? there is only one server right?¿

All chars that haven't been logged in for a year were deleted. Had the same problem. Just start new ones. Low tier is fun.

as posted over me, we had a purge and those characters cannot be restored.

Locking as its solved.
