action bar noob question

hey, sorry for noob question but how to bring back icons dropped from the action bar + you have a couple of action bars (u can switch beetwen them), how to shift some icon from one bar to another?

Press "V" and simply drag and drop the abilities in hotbar/actionbar.
To move an icon from one bar to another simply untick the box that is left corner of the bar then click/drag the icon from one hotbar to another.
