reinstall

hi , i reformated my pc , so i reinstalled the game , followed all the steps , but when i get in the game , i cannot see the (MY) characters , and i dont even have the option to create them , it feels like there is no server at all , can u help plz ?

You downloaded and installed all the latest Windows updates?
